Refund Policy

We keep things simple. If you’re not happy with your purchase, tell us within 7 days and we’ll make it right (refund, fix, or credit).

batch.pics Pro is the same product you can try for free, just scaled up. No hidden features, no surprises. The free version lets you edit 100 images per batch; the Pro version lets you edit 5000.

Since batch.pics is a digital product, refunds are handled case-by-case. If something didn’t work as promised, contact us with your order email and what went wrong. We usually respond within 24 hours.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
