1. What We Do

batch.pics lets you edit, resize, convert, and watermark images directly in your browser. All processing happens locally on your device. We never upload or store your files, ever.

2. Privacy

We don’t track you, log your edits, or collect your images. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and never include personal data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Service

You may use batch.pics for personal or commercial projects. Just don’t resell, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer our code or service. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse or illegal activity.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Our free plan lets you process up to 100 images per batch. The Pro plan unlocks higher limits and extra features. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually at the stated price. You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

5. Refunds

If something doesn’t work as promised, contact us. We handle refund requests fairly and in good faith, as described in our Refunds Policy.

6. Liability

We build for reliability and privacy, but you use batch.pics at your own risk. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses like lost work, revenue, or data—arising from your use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, text, and code of batch.pics belong to KH Systems Private Limited. You own your content and images, always. Using our tool doesn’t transfer any rights to us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
